My photographic work is dedicated to the radical reduction of maritime landscapes.Through extreme long-exposure techniques, I transform nature’s dynamic rhythms into minimalist, almost sculptural compositions of light and time. By paring down color and form to the point where sky, water, and earth merge, I aim to create a space for contemplation — a canvas for timeless resonance. To me, the horizon is not a boundary, but an invitation to let one’s gaze wander into the vastness of time.
My photographs have received international acclaim, including the Silver Award from *Better Photography Magazine*. With the publication of the photobook *Sagenhafte Nordsee* (Frederking & Thaler, 2023), my visual signature has become established in the art and publishing worlds.
